PGA established its Construction Management Division in order to provide a first-class general contracting and management team to our current and future clients. Our primary focus is centered around concierge building services.
We take pride in the opportunities we have to help rebuild Detroit. We are currently overseeing the rehabilitation of 30 residential properties on the city’s east side.
In addition to building excellent relationships with our local trade partners, our specialty division has ready access to all of PGA's in-house services, enabling them to provide unrestricted support to clients with multiple property construction and maintenance needs.
