Transforming Spaces, Enhancing Communities

Great Lakes Water Authority

Snow and ice management for all 58 locations across St. Clair, Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, and Lapeer Counties, including pre-event icing. We combine all snow efforts through de-icing and snow removal, addressing drifting, ice overs, and melting that occurs post-event, including services for the Great Lakes Water Authority.

Olympia Development

At Olympia Development, we provide comprehensive snow and ice management services across 44 sites, including Little Caesars Arena, Columbia Street, and the Fox Theatre. Services include sidewalk and brick paver snow removal, de-icing, pre-treatment, and post-snow event clean-up.

City of Romulus

For the City of Romulus, we provide regular ground maintenance services, including weed removal, fertilization, planting, landscaping, tree trimming, mulching, spring and fall cleanups, and power washing.

Huntington Place

At Huntington Place, we provide routine landscape maintenance services, including mowing, turf care and fertilization, bed weeding, tree and shrub pruning, seasonal planting in flowerbeds and planters, watering, spring and fall cleanups, and mulching.

Detroit Public Schools

For the Detroit Public Schools System, we offer comprehensive grounds maintenance, including seeding, fertilization, herbicide applications, tree care, sod installation, and athletic field upkeep. Seasonal services include clean-ups, debris removal, mowing, irrigation repairs, and field maintenance (grading, raking, renovation). We also provide artificial turf care and annual bleacher inspections with safety reports.

City of Detroit Tree Planting

As part of the City of Detroit's tree planting initiatives, we provide furnishing and installation of trees in rights-of-ways, following AAN Landscape Standards. This includes mulch installation, ongoing maintenance, and watering through the establishment period. Over 100,000 trees have been planted through these efforts.
