Olympia Development Property Maintenance

Maintaining the grounds and properties seven days a week at Little Caesars Arena and throughout The District Detroit. Duties include debris pickup and removal, exterior building cleaning, window washing, and power washing. The team performs routine inspections and documents findings, completes property maintenance repairs, and maintains site amenities—such as sanding and repairing all bollards, and sanding, staining, and sealing planter boxes. Additional responsibilities include hardscape maintenance of pavers, concrete repairs, providing staff for special events, graffiti removal, and watering all planters.

Detroit Demolition Department: Blight Removal

Blight and debris removal in and around residential structures, including both exterior and interior cleanouts. Exterior work involves removing all debris, junk, and overgrown vegetation, as well as applying herbicide treatments and removing unwanted trees. Interior services include clearing all contents and leaving the property broom-swept. Additional responsibilities include property inspections, board-ups, and the removal of signs and graffiti.

City of Detroit: Cemetery Management

Responsible for administrative and operational management of 3 cemeteries, including all day-to-day operations such as burials, budgeting, monthly reporting, oversight of services and personnel, staffing and equipment coordination, year-round grounds maintenance and snow removal, as well as sales management.

City of Detroit: Blight to Beauty

Monitors commercial blight violations across Detroit, specializing in blight removal and property management. Our services include removing bulk trash and debris, vegetation management, surface cleaning, and vehicle removal. We handle all debris disposal and monitor property conditions post-cleanup to ensure long-term maintenance. We've aided in completed over 3,000 property improvements.

Services include litter and debris removal, drain clearing, power washing, lighting inspection and bulb replacement, graffiti removal, and snow and ice removal pre-snow and post-snow clean-up efforts.
