Detroit Public Schools: Athletic Field Maintenance

Athletic field maintenance for 10 Detroit Community High Schools includes refurbishing six natural and four synthetic turf football fields, 15 soccer fields, and 41 baseball and softball fields, along with repairs to warning tracks. Services include removing overgrown grass, weeds, and stones, installing new sod, cutting fields, adding topsoil, seeding, installing field numbers, renovating baseball infields, adding baseball diamond dust and clay conditioner, installing pitches and mounds, and repairing warning tracks.

City of Detroit: Baseball Field Maintenance

Routine maintenance of 80 baseball fields includes grading, game day drags, striping, sod cuts, building pitch mounds and batter boxes, adding Diamond Dust/Washington Ball Mix, applying herbicide and fertilizer, and maintaining warning tracks.

Hype Athletics: Game Day Prep

As a partner with Hype Athletics, we manage and maintain all fields on Belle Isle, including cricket, sand volleyball, baseball, softball, and soccer fields. Our responsibilities include game day prep, field stripping, marking, daily lining for baseball and softball, and weekly soccer lining, all in accordance with Michigan High School Athletic Association guidelines. We also handle sand volleyball maintenance, including site clean-up, court layout, debris removal, sand leveling, and proper netting.

Troy Cricket fields

We are proud to be building Michigan's first-ever regulation-size cricket field, a project 20 years in the making. This state-of-the-art facility will include a scoreboard, dugouts, a screen wall, and a hybrid pitch surface to ensure optimal playing conditions. Our work also involves extensive site preparation, including paving, concrete, and pavement installation, as well as fencing, field striping, and landscaping.

Detroit Boxing Gym

We developed the Detroit Boxing Gym's multi-functional athletic facility, which includes an athletic field with natural grass, a basketball court, and an ice skating rink. Our work also involved constructing a pavilion shelter, handling all necessary permits, grading the site, and installing amenities such as mounted tables, bleachers, and sports equipment.

Challanger Field

We built Challenger Field, an ADA-compliant adaptive baseball field designed for special needs adults. Our work included site development, obtaining permits, grading, landscaping, striping, installing sports amenities, dugouts, fencing, pavement, concrete, and walkways. We also provide ongoing maintenance to ensure the field remains accessible and functional for all users.
