Betsy brings over 20 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry and plays a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day operations at Premier Group Associates. Her strong commitment to service, community, and client partnerships has helped cultivate long-standing relationships throughout the region, including contracts with national clients and the Big Three automotive companies.
She is responsible for managing customer relationships, internal teams, and operational planning across the company’s landscape, snow, and facility services. Betsy’s team-focused approach and passion for community engagement have positioned Premier Group as a reliable and values-driven partner in Detroit and beyond. Her leadership has also helped the company secure high-profile contracts and expand into new markets.
A graduate of Wayne State University with a BFA in Interior Architecture, Betsy continues to champion philanthropic engagement through local outreach. She is affiliated with several nonprofit organizations including Detroit Children’s Center, Detroit Swims, Detroit Hives, and Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
Her work is guided by a belief in long-term impact, and her influence has helped shape Premier Group’s presence as both a service provider and community partner.

andrew housey
Andy Housey is the Founder and Executive Director of Premier Group Associates, with over three decades of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, real estate development, and property management. He has played a central role in shaping the company’s evolution into a full-service municipal and commercial contractor, serving clients such as the Detroit Public Schools Community District, Henry Ford Health Systems, and Comerica.
Andy oversees major project planning, financial strategy, and key partnerships. Under his leadership, PGA has led large-scale field maintenance and snow removal for more than 80 school sites, construction projects for city agencies, and residential rehabilitation across the region. He is also a licensed realtor and has completed over 200 commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Prior to founding PGA, Andy owned A.G. Housey Company and led a 165-person team across construction, demolition, golf course management, and emergency facility restoration. He also manages Detroit Commercial Realty Advisors and continues to lead large-scale redevelopment deals, including multimillion-dollar hospital and land sales.
Andy’s entrepreneurial drive and deep knowledge of Detroit’s infrastructure continue to guide PGA’s growth and community-centered mission.

Brad serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Premier Group Associates, bringing more than 25 years of experience in operations, property management, construction, and environmental development. Since joining PGA in 2017, he has led the company’s strategic expansion from landscaping and snow removal into a full-service firm offering construction, demolition, athletic field development, and site remediation.
In his dual role, Brad oversees day-to-day operations, financial planning, and long-term growth strategy. Under his leadership, PGA has grown by over 400%, with reorganized office and field teams built for performance and efficiency. He leads all major project bids and deployment plans, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
Before Premier Group, Brad was a partner at Trowbridge Companies, managing more than 300,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, and residential property. He also served as Vice President at RemTech Environmental, where he oversaw environmental cleanup projects, secured grants and tax credits, and redeveloped contaminated sites.
Brad’s operational and financial leadership continues to guide Premier Group’s growth and impact across Southeast Michigan’s public and private sectors.
