Flood control

PGA’s experienced flood control staff can design a flood mitigation plan for both commercial and residential customers. Our team performs a needs analysis of the property to deliver strategic, right-fit solutions.

• Sandbags - PGA will place filled sandbags in occupancies per the Army Corp of Engineering guidelines.

• Berms - PGA will place clay to prevent water leaks in small areas and will build earth berms to hold back rising water.

• HESCO barriers - PGA has experience placing HESCO barriers to stop flooding during high water periods. The HESCO barriers can be set up quickly and promptly removed once the high-water period ends.

Property

• Inspections - Our trained inspection teams survey and document a property from every angle. Detailed reports address physical damage, such as cracks in foundation and graffiti, provide estimates for debris removal, and indicate windows or doors that require boarding or padlocks.

• Blight removal - PGA provides property owners a comprehensive needs analysis on rental or vacant properties. After performing inspections to ensure open doorways and windows are secured, we remove and dispose of all interior debris. In addition, exterior debris, such as fallen trees, limbs, or overgrown vegetation that pose a safety risk, as well as discarded appliances, boats, and vehicles, will be promptly properly disposed of.

• Demolition – Our team has the capabilities to provide Selective (parts of a building, such as walls) and Full-Scale (entire homes and buildings) demolition.

Tree Removal/planting

PGA has the ability to remove trees and brush of any size and scope. From simple fence-line brush removal to large-diameter trees, our team of tree specialists is trained to access hard-reach areas, including trees that are in close proximity to structures and power lines, with precision and care.

PGA uses top-of-the-line equipment, such as aerial lifts, stump grinders, woodchippers, and an extensive toolbox of saws, wedges, and trimmers to safely and efficiently handle a range of tree removal needs.
